The Secretariat is the leadership team that serves and supports the Cursillo Movement at the diocesan level. It is made up of clergy, religious, and lay members of the Cursillo community who work together to guide, coordinate, encourage, and serve the movement in fidelity to the Church and the Cursillo method.

The Secretariat helps ensure that Grand Rapids Cursillo remains active and fruitful through the areas of Pre-Cursillo, the Three-Day Cursillo, and Post-Cursillo, while supporting the School of Leaders and the ongoing life of the community.
